The brilliantly gifted Welsh composer, Morfydd Owen, died in 1918 at the tragically early age of 26. Milos Milivojevic, Adrian Bradbury and David Juritz will play her two musical portraits of the cathedrals of Liège and Rheims in a programme that includes music by Bach, romantic pieces by Dvorak, a prayer from Saint-Saëns, and Brahms and Haydn in a more exuberant mood.
